Emerald Green Arborvitae

Arborvitae  "Emerald Green" 

This evergreen has a compact, pyramidal form eventually growing to 10-15 feet high and 3-4 ft. wide. Very dark green foliage that holds well in winter. This plant is best used in an area that is watered regularly. During dry spells in the winter Arborvitae need to be watered.

Arborvitae  "Green Giant" 

Fast growing to 25-30 ft tall and 10-15 ft wide. A large, evergreen sentinel in the landscape. An adaptable "giant," it tolerates a wide range of soil and hardiness zones and is not troubled by significant pest or disease problems. 'Green Giant' works as a single specimen or as a screen.

Arborvitae  "Techny" 

15 feet tall, 6 to 8 feet wide. A broadly based pyramidal form having dense foliage that maintains its handsome dark green coloring all year. Excellent for medium to tall hedges or screens. Evergreen. Needs regular watering - weekly, or more often in extreme heat.

Canaertii JuniperJuniper "Iowa" 

Easily grown in average, dry to moist, well-drained soils in full sun. This blue/green evergreen tolerates a wide range of soils and growing conditions, from swampy areas to dry rocky glades. Prefers moist soils, but has excellent drought resistance. This compact pyramidal cultivar has ascending branching, pretty berries in the fall, and grows to 10-20’ tall 5-8' wide.

Spartan Juniper

Juniper "Spartan" 

15-20 ft. tall and 4-6 ft. wide. A quick growing upright juniper. Its densely branched pyramidal form holds rich green foliage all year. Nice choice for year round color.

Baby Blue Eyes Spruce

Spruce "Baby Blue Eyes"

Slow growing, 15 to 20 ft. tall and 8-10 ft. wide.Slower growing than the native Colorado spruce, this semi-dwarf selection is useful for smaller landscapes and confined spaces. Dense, eye-catching silvery blue-green foliage holds its color well. Growing only a few inches per year, it develops a broad, pyramidal form.

Perfect dwarf Slow growing beauty! This bright blue spruce has even brighter feathery new growth in spring. Tops out around 20 ft high.

 40 to 60 ft. tall, 10 to 20 ft. wide. This very popular evergreen conifer has a pyramidal form. A handsome tree with rigid tiered branches densely covered with stiff gray-blue needles. Use for accent, windbreak or tall screen.

Columnar Blue Spruce

 30-35 ft.tall and 6-10 ft. wide. A very narrow growing spruce with striking blue coloring. Useful evergreen for areas where horizontal space is limited but height is desired.

Columnar Norway Spruce

Spruce "Columnar Norway"

Fast growth to 20 ft. tall and 5 to 6 ft. wide in ten years; eventually to 30 ft. tall. Elegant columnar selection, highly valued as a specimen, perimeter planting or accent plant. Slender, uniform growth habit with dense branching to the ground. Dark green needles are slightly curved on closely set branches. Makes an ideal windbreak or privacy wall. Highly recommended for cool climates with a short growing season.

Norway SpruceSpruce "Norway" 

30-40 ft. tall and 15-20 ft. wide. A large pyramidal evergreen tree with pendulous branches that are stiff when young growing more graceful with maturity. The needles a nice green color and are soft and not prickly. This tree will tolerate a wide range of soil conditions and is very cold hardy. Norway spruce are best to be planted in areas that are regularly watered.

Serbian Spruce

Spruce "Serbian" 

30-40 ft. tall and 10-15 ft. wide. A tree with a slender trunk and short ascending or drooping branches forming a very narrow, pyramidal head. One of the most graceful of the spruces.
